    • If you ask: "What payment methods do you accept?"

We answer: "We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express as well as Paypal. You may also send us payment in the form of a Money Order. If you really insist, we will also accept cheques, though delivery will be delayed until your cheque clears."

    • If you say: "I'm not sure what size to buy..."

We tell you: "All items are measured lying flat. The best way to tell the perfect shirt to purchase is to measure your favorite t-shirt, then buy the size with measurements that are closest. Remember, even though our shirts are preshrunk, they can still shrink after their first wash, particularly if you put them through the dryer."

    • If you contemplate: "How long does delivery take?"

We shrug and say: "99% of all orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after you placed your order (weekend orders are processed on Monday). Shipping time to Canada and the US is 4-9 business days. International orders will usually take 8-15 business days. Some countries can take longer, notably Brasil, Italy, Russia and certain others. We do have some options for quicker delivery, though only available on a case by case basis. Please contact us via phone (866-425-8729) during normal business hours EST, or via email 24/7 at info@tshirtpusher.com"

    • If you aren't sure: "Are these silk screened items or those dang iron on transfers?"

We rebuke: "HOW DARE YOU SIR OR MADAME!? We would never dream of shipping you a cheap iron on transfer that would only entertain for a few laundry cycles. These items are all carefully screen printed to ensure a long and fulfilling life."

    • If you wonder: "Do I have to iron the graphic before I start wearing my t-shirt?"

We assure you: "We would never subject you to such hardships. Our t-shirt graphics are heat pressed in house before it is shipped to you, so they are ready to wear immediately!"

    • If you're curious: "Do you offer wholesale?"

We respond: "Absolutely. For information on wholesale, please write to wholesale@tshirtpusher.com with details on your store/vendor setup, and we will discuss your options."

    • If you want to know: "How are the shirts made?"

We explain: "On a sewing machine, silly! Almost all of our clothing is made of 100% cotton. Some of our clothing may contain some lycra or polyester, depending on the colour (heather t-shirts in particular contain varying amounts of polyester). Our Men's shirts are mostly high quality nationally know T-shirt brands such as Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and Alstyle Apparel. Our women's T-shirts are from American Apparel and Bella, with a few pieces by Graziani. We also like to support small high quality local makers where possible and are increasingly making clothing in house! These items will be indicated in the product descriptions. Kidswear is from Gildan, Babywear and Petwear is from American Apparel."

    • If you're concerned: "Is this site secure?"

We get offended and say: "Yes, it is. Our cart utilizes industry standard 128 bit encryption to secure your private data. You can confirm this by noticing the lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window (Firefox, Internet Explorer 6 and under) or next to the address bar (Internet Explorer 7, Chrome) at the cart (when you divulge personal info)."

    • If you want to make sure: "Do you accept returns?"

We sigh and say: "If the item is in new, unused condition, we will be more than happy to exchange the item for either another item, or a store credit in the form of a Gift Certificate for the value of the item minus shipping. Please note that all exchanged items will be subject to a reshipping fee equal to the amount paid for first shipping. No handling fee is added."

    • If you ask: "Do you know how wicked awesome your t-shirts are?"

We nod: "Sure do, my man. We sure do."

    • If you don't understand: "Where do the stars go during the daytime?"

We pat your head and whisper gently: "They're still there, honey, you just can't see them because of the light from the sun."
